
Angelina Haché, 94, wife of the late Wilfred Haché, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday August 1, 2107 at Ti Bons Soins residence in Shediac. Born on May 30, 1923 in Inkerman, she was the daughter of the late François and Clarisse (Hébert) Landry.
She is survived by three daughters: Rose-Marie (André Côté) of Lévis, QC, Linda (Roger Haché) of Haut-Shippagan and Claire (Laurier Robichaud) of Shediac; two grandchildren: Geneviève and Mathieu Haché; one great-granddaughter, Lola Guerra; her sister, Marie Haché of Inkerman; two sisters-in-law: Alice Arseneau and Marie Gagnon; as well as several nieces and nephews from Inkerman and elsewhere.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by four sisters and two brothers.
Angelina was known for her great dedication to her Christian community and for her countless hours of volunteer work with the patients at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont hospital as well as with other organizations. In lieu of flowers, in memory of Angelina, the children suggest a contribution to the Christ-Roi parish or the Volunteers Association of the CHU Dumont Foundation (www.chudumont.ca).
Her children wish to express their gratitude towards the staff of Ti Bons Soins residence for their care and love provided to Angelina during the last 19 months.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 pm and Friday from 2 pm until time of departure (3:45).
The funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ-Roi R.C. Church, 300 Dominion Street, Moncton, on Friday August 4 at 4 pm. Interment preceded by a short ceremony will take place in Inkerman cemetery in the upcoming weeks and will be announced.
