Raymond Doiron, 71, passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Health Care Center in Guelph, ON, after a long journey with dementia. He was the son of the late Arthur and Marie Doiron.

Raymond had been a patient at the Homewood Health Centre in Guelph, ON, for the past two years. The family would like to thank Dr’s Dhiraj, Luthra, Reese and Chris and all the other staff there for the excellent care Raymond received.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Doiron of Rockwood ON; one son, Jason (Véronique) Doiron of Milton ON; three grandchildren: Raphaëlle, Nicholas and Adèle; one sister, Bella (Mike) Skweir and family of Northhampton, P.A.; one brother, Philippe Doiron of Shediac, many relatives and friends.

There was a Celebration of Raymond’s Life at St. John Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church in Erin, ON, on Saturday, July 22, 2017.

In loving memory of Raymond, donations can be made to the Homewood Health Care Centre, Hamilton or St. Josephs’ Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
