Lorraine Richard, 86, of Manoir Notre-Dame, Moncton, formerly of Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday July 18, 2017 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC.

Born on April 25, 1931 in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Flavien and Exelda (LeBlanc) Collette.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Odillon; seven children: Claudette Cormier (Gilbert), Victor (Louise), Linda Cormier (Louis Lavoie), Jeanne Richard (Anne Poitras), Denis (Denise), Aline Richard (Conrad), and Léon (Francine); 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; one special niece, Raymonde Savoie; two special nephews: Ulysse and Yvon Savoie; as well as several other nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was predeceased by her sisters and brothers.

At her request, a private funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Interment in Frenette Columbarium. In memory of Lorraine, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
