Francis E. St-Pierre, 77, formerly of Trois-Ruisseaux, passed away on Saturday July 15, 2017 at his residence the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born in Trois-Ruisseaux on May 28, 1940, he was the son of the late Léonard and Élise (Duguay) St-Pierre.

Prior to his retirement, Francis was a school teacher for District 13.

He is survived by his three children: Nadine Leger (Charles), Monique Gallant (Gilles) and Louis St-Pierre (Jenny); six brothers and sisters: Camilla Royer (late Francis), Élodie Godin (late Charles), Nora Cormier (Rhéal), Arsène (late Rolande), Léonide (Jeanne-Mance) and Léonard (Linda Duguay); six grandchildren: Janie, Samuel, Zoé, Étienne, Olivia and Xavier; many nieces and nephews, as well as the mother of their children, Nicole Couturier.

Francis was predeceased by infant daughter, Lise; sister, Murielle; step-mother, Flora.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Wednesday July 19, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila RC Church, 2648 Acadie Road Cap-Pelé on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 10:30 am.

In memory of Francis, a contribution to Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
