With profound sadness, we share the sudden passing of Alice Boudreau, 67, of Little River, NB. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Lina (Dallaire) Caissie.

She is survived by her husband, Bernard Cummings; her son, Dwayne (Jackie Lacey) with children Clare and Fintan; step-children: Kelly McNeil (Bruce) with children Shawna and Chantel; Lisa Critchley (Shannon) with children Alicia, Candace, Colton, and grandchild Ava; and Kevin (Simone) with children Nichole, Emma, and Dylan; her sister, Bernadette Bown (Cyril); brothers: Raymond (Pam) and Roger (Leslie); several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and "Norm".

She was predeceased by her husband, J. Paul Boudreau (1996); and brother, Clarence (2009).

Always one to live life to the fullest, she said her final goodnight after an evening of enjoying her favourite things – family, lobster, and wine. We will miss her dearly.

Loved by everyone she met, Alice welcomed you into her life with open arms. It was common to find a caravan of trailers on their sanctuary in Little River.

She often spoke of fond childhood memories spent at Caissie Cape, motorcycle rides, making maple syrup at the "Sap Bucket", but most of all, her weekends in the camper, evenings in the hot tub and Saturday morning breakfast with the gang.

Nobody loved her birthday more than Alice who would often remind you a month in advance that it was almost here. And of course, she would melt every time she heard an Elvis tune and would often sign along much to the chagrin of those in her company.

She experienced life as a world traveller, a secretary, an entrepreneur, a real estate agent, the owner of Downtown B&B, a travel agent, but most of all as a loving sister, wife, Mom, Mémère, Grammy and a great friend.

Everyone who knew Alice is invited to join her family to celebrate her life. Visiting hours are Thursday June 22 between 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday June 23 at 10 am. If so desired, a donation in Alice’s memory to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation is welcomed.
