Emery J. Boudreau, 90, of Cap Bimet and Connecticut, passed away on Tuesday June 6th, 2017 at the Moncton Hospital. He was born on December 2nd, 1926 in New Brunswick. He was the son of the late Arthur and Mélina (Boudreau) Boudreau.
Emery was an accomplished carpenter and a commercial construction foreman at retirement. He loved fishing, golfing, animals and playing cards.
He is survived by his wife, Alta (Cormier); five children: Conrad (Christine), Jules (Peggy), Denise Taylor (David), Roderick, and Charlotte Opalenik (Robert); one sister, Dorilla Boudreau; six grandchildren: Brian, Amelia, Nicole, Austin, Jacqueline, and Dylan, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by six brothers and sisters: Edgar, Hector, Ovila, Léo, Edouard, and Marguerite.
There will be a gathering at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Center, 396 Main Street, Shediac, N.B. E4P 2G1 (532-3297) on Friday, June 9th, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a prayer service. Interment will be in East Hartford, CT.
