Ashley Kerri Hunter, 23, of Pointe-du-Chêne, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017 following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born December 18, 1993 in Moncton, she was the daughter of Sally Clements and the late Cleve Hunter.

Besides her mother, Ashley is survived by her boyfriend, Daniel Wade; her paternal grandparents: Mac and Joanne (McGivney) Hunter; her maternal grandparents: Laurie and Jeannette (Boudreau) Clements; special friends: Laurie Cormier and Yvonne Wade, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours Wednesday from 7-9 pm only. The funeral service will be celebrated at the Trinity United Church, 379 Main Street, Shediac, Thursday June 8 at 10:30 am, Rev. Roland Hutchinson officiating. Interment will be in the Frenette Funeral Centre Columbarium, Shediac. In memory of Ashley, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice or to the family via Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre would be appreciated.
