Antoine Gallant, 56, of Moncton, passed away accidentally on Sunday May 28, 2017. Born on June 9, 1960 in Toronto, he was the son of Alphonsine Léger of Cocagne and the late Jean-Paul Gallant.

Antoine was employed at the Université de Moncton.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister, Claudette Gallant, his brother, Paul (Bernice), and his half-brother, Mark McIntyre (Ella); three nieces: Stacey, Mireille and Monica; four nephews: Curtis, Mathieu, Jérémie, and Sébastien; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) for a sharing of memories from 2 to 4 pm on Friday June 2. In memory of Antoine, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation would be appreciated.
