The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses at Moncton Hospital, both in the ICU and Palliative Care. The loving care that they provided Deanna, was truly amazing. They are angels.
Deanna has left quite a legacy. When she started something that was important to her, she exceeded beyond expectations. She continued her education and achieved her GED, something she was so proud of. She was a huge part of Moncton Head Start and sponsored many people that were addicted to alcohol once she overcame her own addiction of alcohol and cigarettes. As an Avon representative, she achieved every possible award and goal that they offer. Her career was as a caregiver. She looked after many people, supporting them not only with their daily needs but also as their friend and confidante. This classy lady was even in a Nutri System Program and did so well, they asked her to represent them in their major ad campaigns. Her genuine laugh and her huge sense of humour will be missed by many.
There will be a celebration of life for Deanna at her son's home on Saturday, June 3 at 283 Cole Road, Meaghers Grant, NS. In memory of Deanna, a contribution to Moncton Hospital would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
