Robert "Bobby" Fougère, 57, of Grand-Barachois passed away on Sunday May 28th, 2017 at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Toronto on October 8th, 1959, he was the son of Eugénie (Fougère) and the late Robert "Popeye" Fougère.
Bobby worked as a cement finisher. He loved playing darts, guitar, fishing, hunting, travelling and making people laugh.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Gisèle (Boudreau); two children: Sylvio (Pauline) and Cindy (André); one brother, Terry (Angela); three sisters: Pauline Lirette (Marcel), Laudia Gallant (Normand) and Anita Fontaine (Paul); pépère Popeye to special grandchildren: Liam, Lexie, Nathan and Miguel; godchildren: Mario and Crystal, many nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes, a private chapel service celebrating his life was held at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday, June 1st.
In memory of Bobby, a contribution to the CHU Dumont (oncology) would be appreciated.
