Éliza Goguen, 85, passed away at the Villa Providence Shediac on Thursday May 25th, 2017. Born in Cap-Pelé on April 22nd, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Éva Cormier.
She is survived by her four children: Diane Vautour (Mike), Paul (Beverley), Pierre (Gisèle) et Daniel (Lucie); un frère, Gérard Cormier (Janita) et une sœur, Bertha Doiron (Gérard); neuf petits-enfants: Josette, Ghislain, Jeremy, Nicholas, Christine, Isabelle, Mathieu, Michelle et Dominique.
Éliza was predeceased by her husband, Léo (2005) and her brothers and sisters: Mathilde, Thérèse, Mélina, Claudia, Béatrice, Ainnee, Lionel, Adrice, Donat and Claudine.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Monday, May 29th from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm; on Tuesday May 30th from 9:30 am till time of departure at 10:15 am. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila RC Church, 2648 Acadie Road Cap-Pelé at 10:30 am.
In memory of Éliza, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
