
Aline Breau, 102, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at the Auberge du Soleil in Dieppe. Born on May 12, 1915 in Richibouctou-Village, she was the daughter of the late Fabien and Thérèse (LeBlanc) Boucher.
Prior to her retirement, she was a nurse’s aid at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont hospital.
She is survived by four sons: Joseph-André of St-Gabriel-de-Val-Cartier, QC, Donald-Louis (Pam) of Parlee Beach, Alvérie "Al" (Vicky) of Moncton, and Normand (Lynn) of Grand-Barachois; four grandchildren: Denny, Jennifer, Jamie, and Leanne; five great-grandchildren: Jordan, Miranda, Alex, Carter, and Zacharie; one sister, Emma Arsenault of Dieppe; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Antoine (1967); five sisters: Irène, Régina, Aurélie, Alfreda, and Lucie; three brothers: infant Joseph, André, and Joseph.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. The funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Friday May 19 at 4:30 pm followed by a reception. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
