Gloria Jubinville, 77, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at The Moncton Hospital. Born on November 27, 1939 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyne (Surette) Doucette.

Prior to her retirement, Gloria worked for many years at Woolco in the menswear clothing department. She enjoyed bingo and bowling with the Woolco Crew. She loved spending time with her precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren who truly brightened her days.

Gloria will be dearly missed by her daughter, Michelle (Marcus Mason) of Rusagonis; her son, Kevin (April McNair) of Moncton; three grandchildren: Kristen, Kayla, and Justin; three great-grandchildren: Mia, Ashley, and Brayson; four step-great-grandchildren whom she adored like her own: Becky, Emma, Brandy and Jake; four sisters: Stella Benwell (Byron) of Petersborough, ON, Diana Melanson (late Robert) of Moncton, Jeannine Melanson (late Donald) of Dieppe, and Rita Pellerin of Shediac;two brothers: Laurie of Cocagne and Raymond of Moncton; many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ron (2004); one sister: Rita Doucet; two brothers: Paul and Edgar.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral will be celebrated on Friday May 12 at 10 am. Visiting hours are Friday from 9 am until time of funeral. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In lieu flowers, memorial contributions to the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
