Reginald Jeffery, 88, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at his residence at Monarch Hall, Riverview. Born on June 13, 1928 in Bagdad, NB, he was the son of the late David Jeffery and Jenny (Densmore).

Reginald worked for many years in forestry and land surveying in New Brunswick and Ontario, and later with Sears Canada in Moncton. He was a graduate of the School of Forestry in Fredericton.

He will be sadly missed by his children: Debora Jeffery (Mark Higgins), Bill (Shirley-Ann Off) and Robert; eight grandchildren: Alexandra, Lucy, Jackson, Luke, Elliott, Mason, Harris, and Georgia; and by several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Jacqueline (Stanger) Jeffery (2010); and six brothers and sisters: Jane, Blanche, Kathleen, John, Percy and Leonard.

The family will receive condolences Wednesday at the St. George’s Anglican Church, 51 Church Street, Moncton, from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 5 at 3 pm. Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officiating. A reception in the church will follow.

Visiting hours from 1 pm until time of funeral service.
