Stella Gautreau, 93, wife of the late Gérard Gautreau, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Health Centre. Born August 13, 1923 in Haute-Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Zélica (Boudreau) Cormier.

She is the last survivor of her immediate family and is survived by her nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, she is also predeceased by brothers and sisters: Pélagie Richard, Sara Bernard, Marie-Ainée Léger, Irène Boudreau, Dominique, Léandre, Melasse and Olivier Cormier.

In keeping with Stella’s wishes, there will be neither visitation nor funeral service.

A contribution, in memory of Stella, to NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
