Rosie Dupuis, 96, of Shediac Cape passed away on Friday March 17th, 2017 at Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Health Centre. Born May 14th, 1920 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Hélène (LeBlanc) Babineau.
She is survived by her six daughters: Jueanita Tremblay (Yvon), Florence Goguen, Claudette Dupuis (John Kerr), Claire Fougère, Bernice Shaw (John), Rachel Poirier (Bob); two sons: Alex (Lucie), Thomas (Carmella); 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, William (2012); one sister: Melina Gallant and five brothers: Henri, Alphée, Albert, Yvon and Tilmon.
By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R. C. church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Thursday, April 6th, at 10:30 am followed by a reception at the Pastoral Centre.
In memory of Rosie, a contribution to Heart & Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
