Irois "Leroy" Gallant, 69, of Pointe-du-Chêne passed away suddenly on Thursday February 16th, 2017. Born in Barachois on July 21st, 1947, he was the son of the late Edmond and Jeanne (Landry) Gallant.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 48 years, Charlotte née Clements: his two daughters: Shelley (Mac), Tracey (Gérard Doiron); three sisters: Geraldine, Bernice and Muriel; three brothers: Hector (Annette), Roger (Laura) and Francis.
Leroy was a very social people person. He visited the Pointe-du-Chêne wharf daily and during the summer months with his ’72 Camaro.
By request, the will be no visitation and no funeral.
In memory of Leroy, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
