Marie-Louise Boudreau, 90, of O’Bons Soins, Shediac, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on Monday, January 16th, 2017. Born July 4th, 1926 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Ozina (Boudreau) Boudreau.
Marie-Louise was a faithful prayer for her loving family and friends. She adored her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, which brought her so much joy and love. She enjoyed quilting, knitting slippers and loved to play cards, especially her favorite game of 100/200.
She will be sadly missed by her two daughters: Camilla Ratelle (Richard) and Alfreda "Freda" Lavigne (Dennis); one son, Françis "Frank" (Suzanne); one sister: Élodie Bourque; one brother, Alonzo (Florence); six grandchildren: Stéphanie, Mario, Cynthia, Carole, Kevin and Brian; two great-grandchildren: Alexandre and Sophie, as well as many nieces and nephews
She was predeceased by her husband, Roméo (1973);
two sisters: Céline and Anita; five brothers:
Louis-Philippe, Gonzague, Joseph, Jean-Baptiste and Pat; one
great-grandson, Dominic.
The family will
receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396
Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) from where the funeral service will be
celebrated on Friday, January 20th at 10:30 am.
Visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9pm
ONLY. A reception in the Centre following the
service.
