Alice Collette, 89, formerly of Parkton, passed away on Tuesday January 10, 2017 at the Villa du Repos in Moncton. Born June 2, 1927 in Egmont Bay, P.E.I., she was the daughter of the late Irenée and Anita (Arsenault) Maddix.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Laurie; seven children: Paul (Marie-Ann) of Riverview, Armand (Anne) of Québec, Qué., Raymond (Claire) and Simone (Alan Anderson) both of Dieppe, Claire Richard (Georges) and Della Piccott (Terry) both of Moncton, Louise Collette-Bois (Roch) of Bathurst; 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; one brother, René (late Alice) of Egmont Bay, P.E.I.; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Simone, her twin sister, Aline, and one step-sister, Cécile.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Thursday from 7 to 9 pm and Friday from 9:30 am until time of departure (10:15). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C. Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton, Friday January 13 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
