Lina Duguay, 89, formerly of Boudreau Ouest, passed away on Thursday December 29th, 2016 at the Villa Providence in Shediac. Born on December 26, 1927 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late François and Ozille (Pellerin) Melanson.
She is survived by her children: Lise Duguay (Georges Vautour), Michel (Claire); two grandchildren: Shawn, Tara and four great grandchildren: Austin, Connor, Grayson, and Spencer.
She was predeceased by her husband Gontran Duguay (2004); two sisters: Cécile, Marguerite; two brothers: Laurie and Alphée.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Tuesday, January 3rd from 1pm to 3:30pm from where a chapel service will be held at 3:30pm followed by a reception. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
In memory of Lina, a contribution to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
