Bertrand Pelletier, 88, of Moncton Residence, passed away on Tuesday December 6, 2016 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on August 15, 1928 in Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!, Qué, he was the son of the late Arsène and Aurore (Lajoie) Pelletier.
He is survived by seven children: Norman (Lodianne), Réginald (Stella), Jean-Eudes (Heather), Eliette (Lloyd), Gilles (Charlene), Georges (Linda), and Marcel (Donna); 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; four sisters: Sr Marielle, Sr Louise, Rachel Picard and Fleurette; one brother, Gérald (Ghislaine); several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Annette née Dionne (1998); two brothers: Jean-Guy and Gilbert.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral will be celebrated on Friday December 9, 2016 at 4 pm. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be in Edmundston. In memory of Bertrand, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
