Sylvia Belliveau, 82, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, November 10, 2016. Born July 7, 1934, in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Onésime and Marguerite (Bastarache) Bastarache.

Sylvia will be sadly missed by her loving daughter, Charline of Moncton; a sister, Marguerite Bastarache of Moncton; many nieces, and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband, Roger (1982); three brothers: Ulysse, Gérald and Léo; and four sisters: Edna, Emelda, Jeanne, and Régina.

The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C. Church, 858 Mountain Road, Moncton, Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at 11 am. There will be no visiting hours. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Sylvia, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
