We met Doug over 30 years ago. He intolerance Ernie to slide guitar at the old warehouse pub. While jamming with him, Doug would stop playing just to share a story. We stayed in touch and will miss his calls asking us for updates. Sending our condolences to family and friends.

Sorry to hear of Doug's passing. I saw him last year at Jed's where we had a little get together. His cough was bad at that time but now he can rest peacefully. Sorry for your loss.

I played music with Doug quite often. He loved to play old Jimi Hendrix tunes. My condolences to his family.

Valerie and Janet my deepest sympathies to the loss of your brother Doug. You girls both know me. Doug and I were best friends when we're going to school and we graduated from Mountain high the same year. With deep regrets Doug and I ended up falling out of communication which I am very sorry for. He was my best friend in school right from elementary through high School. He was there I could talk to him about anything. And with regret after I got married I fell out of touch with all my friends. Wish I could kick myself in the butt for doing. About 2 weeks ago I was leaving the YMCA and I figured I've got to go see Doug so I went across John Street and turned up high Street and he was sitting in the sun porch I turned around and parked in front of the house. He was so glad to see me it was like a child getting a new toy. A figure of speech. We had a nice long chat and I figured it was time to head for home. With tears in my eyes right now I wish I had to stay longer. I hope and planned to go visit him again. If I ever get to heaven maybe I might see him."with sincere condolences, May dug rest in peace. I hope to see you again on the other side!"
