I first met Phyllis in 1988 when I became a Beaver leader under Phyllis. The start of a great friendship and we soon became known as the "Gypsies ", always on a road trip. What fun! We lost touch but thought of her often. Rest Phyllis. Love Christine Wambolt

Phyllis will be missed! She cared so much others, always making sure no one was in need. She worked tirelessly on the social committee arranging activities that included everyone. She loved celebrating everyones' birthday so she created the monthly birthday get together complete with a birthday cake. We all loved her!

Tracy, Clem, Nancy and all of Phyllis' family, Rick and I were shocked and saddened when Kim informed us of Phyllis' passing.. Our minds went right back to the 80's on Station Road and what fun we had as neighbours and friends. Such a wonderful decade of laughs, parties and memories ! In later years, she and I reconnected as fellow Red Hatter sisters, another era of laughs and silliness, until she moved to Moncton. Phyllis so loved and was so proud of her family and anyone who knew her knew that it was family first for her. We are sending hugs and condolences to you all. ... Laura and Rick

My deepest condolences on your great loss of your sister, mom, grandmother and dear friend. Phyllis was a hugh part of my childhood growing up in Martinon. We had so many wonderful memories together and although life took us in different paths we managed to stay connected through the years and always enjoyed our chats and had many laughs together as well. May all your cherished memories help to carry you along this difficult journey of grieving and may God provide each of you comfort, strength and peace as only He can. My thoughts and prayers will be with you in the coming days, weeks and months ahead.
