He spoke often of his family and was a very proud grandfather. He was a good friend and will be missed.

Dear Janine, I was very saddened to learn of Gerry’s passing. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gerry during his time in PEI. He was a wonderful person who really cared about the staff and made work fun. He was a kind, thoughtful and appreciative boss. I’m sending you my most sincere condolences.
