I was shocked and greatly saddened to hear the news of Jocelyn’s passing. We worked together closely for many years in Environment Canada, where he was an exceptional researcher and extremely talented science manager. One could not wish for a more insightful, energetic, and innovative colleague! My heartfelt condolences to his family and to Jacqueline Belanger, his closest collaborator and longtime friend.

He was bigger than life. Francine Payne oxo

While reading this morning’s paper, I learned about the passing of «The Father of Microwaves ». And once again…as it is often the case in life, it’s a small world! There I also read that he was your brother/brother-in-law! So to both of you and your entire family, I offer you my deepest sympathies.
