We had the privilege of meeting Charles at O Bon Soins Shediac. He entertained my kids with his magic tricks. I even have a couple of videos. He was quite the entertainer. Even if it was just a few short encounters, they were left with found memories and a few mysteries of "how did he do that"

We also know how appreciative you were for Ron & Joanne and always had praise for them during the calls .We also know you missed aunt Rita when you could not visit . We also want to thank Ron, Joanne and family for the loving care you gave to uncle Charlie thru the years. This is much appreciated by us(Peter&Maureen)

We met Charlie and Rita at Villa providence in Shediac and always sat together when he came to see her. He was always so funny and loving with Rita and anyone he met. He was very loved by so many. We will miss him terribly. Rest in peace our dear friend. Love Arthur and Aline

I grew up in Scoudouc for a portion of my childhood and we were lucky to live next to Charlie. I have fond memories of him and have spoken of him many many times (up to quite recently) when sharing stories of my childhood to my own children. I remember he was so nice to my siblings and myself, sharing vegetables from his garden during the summer, sometimes cutting our grass (as my mother was a single mom) and my very favourite memory: letting us use his pond to skate during The winters(I learned to skate on that pond). He would even turn on the back light so we could skate at night. I will never forget the kindness he showed us crazy kids. I hope he can see from heaven that these acts of kindness will stay forever in our hearts.
