Joseph Boudreau
1931-2010
Joseph Boudreau, 79, of Dieppe, passed away at his residence on Friday
August 6, 2010 following a short battle with lung cancer. Born on
March 14, 1931 in Shediac, NB, he was the son of the late Edgar and
Régina (Goguen) Boudreau.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys (Burlock), with whom he was very proud to be married for 56 years; three daughters: Diane Dennis (Albert) of Moncton, Janice Fisher (Mark) of Riverview and Bernice Dennis (Brian Wolfe) of Dieppe; two sons: Edgar (Deborah) of Winnipeg and Harry (Beverly) of Petitcodiac; four sisters: Sister Lina Boudreau, ndsc of Moncton, Florence Goguen (late Raymond) of Dieppe, Doris LeBlanc (late Dolan) and Dolores Swartzack (Edmund), both of Ottawa; one brother: Laurie (Sara) of Shediac; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by one grandson: Joshua Boudreau; three sisters: Emélie, Clara and Adrienne as well as one brother: Adrien.
The family will receive condolences on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY at Frenette’s Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Joseph, in lieu of flowers, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
