Edith Trites

Edith Theresa Trites, 57, of Moncton, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2008 at The Moncton Hospital.

Born May 19, 1951 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Laurie and Della (Melanson) Gallant.

She is survived by a daughter, Janet Trites (Terrance Bauer), a son, Eldon Trites Jr. (Theresa); a sister, Linda Hickey (Clarence); three brothers: Fred (Bernadette), Robert, and Laurie Jr., a grand-daughter, Alexandria Watson; many nieces, and nephews.

She is predeceased by two brothers: Andrew, Alfred and her former husband, Eldon Trites Sr.

Visitation Sunday November 9 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m.. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
